The aim of this course is to offer you a safe space where you can spend some time exploring and increasing awareness of yourself and how you are in the world and to support you to manage obstacles to change and help you to move forward with your life.
This course starts by looking at where you are now and where you want to be. It then looks at areas such as your self-esteem, your values, beliefs and strengths along with communication, assertiveness and boundaries. It also looks at setting goals, managing change and stress, motivation and responsibility.
This outcome is increased personal growth and development that will have a positive impact in all other areas of your life.
A 6 week course delivered once weekly on Tuesday mornings for approximately 2/3 hours with additional sessions added if needed.
A small in-person group that aims to offer a fun, interactive and informative in a safe and nurturing environment.
