Wellbeing
Is a core component across all CLDC programmes.
We help people to improve their lives, and improving wellbeing is an essential part of improving one’s life. In addition to embedding wellbeing within our programmes, CLDC also delivers initiatives aimed specifically at supporting the wellbeing of individuals, families and communities.
Instead of focusing simply on measurements of “success” or “achievement,” prioritising wellbeing means that we focus also on physical and mental health, cultural identity, environment, and community connections to help individuals and families thrive.
Our staff try to help the people they work with to improve their lives; not just to get a job, attend a course, or tick a box.
See below some examples of CLDC programmes and initiatives around wellbeing. You can also browse Our Programmes, or check out what Courses & Events are coming up.
