To offer you an opportunity to take some time to support you to focus on yourself, your well-being, to look at how you want to live your life and to build the foundations needed for you to move forward, one step at a time.
This workshop looks at your self-esteem, strengths, communication with yourself and others and your connection with others.
This will include:
- How our thinking and habits can affect our self -confidence
- Steps you can take to alter this to improve your confidence
- And simple tips which will support you on a daily basis to improve your self-confidence for a better life
This workshop is designed to build YOU up, get to know yourself a little better and inspire you to take the next step in YOUR life!
